Before we send detailed material about one or more of the places, we must stress that it is confidential material. The seller rarely wants it to become widely known that the space is for sale. Also avoid an unannounced visit to the square. Arrangements for visits must always be made by my office. Also be aware that the seller is often surrounded by people whom he/she does not want to know about the sales efforts.

In connection with our feedback on your form, we will discuss when it would be desirable to have a concrete meeting, where we will be able to provide a wide range of information and good advice.

The most important problem is usually the financing. The financial crisis means that buyers have to calculate that large demands are placed on the equity capital. Equity that must be disposable and not tied up in real estate or anything else. This is because we currently do not see any kind of bank financing in connection with the trade in campsites. This can of course change, but as conditions are at the moment, it is unfortunately a fact that we have to live with. This also means that, at an early stage, we must demand documentation of the equity capital.

The funding issue is of course important, but there are a number of other issues that we should discuss.
